Return & Refund
1. Eligibility for Returns
EXPRESSIONS can only accept returns for items purchased directly through www.expressions.shop. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
Received a wrong item or a defective product? Please contact us at info@expressions.shop as soon as possible. To assist you faster, please include:
- Your order number and contact information.
- Clear photo(s) of the product(s) received and the original parcel box.
3. Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. You may select the carrier that works best for you; return labels are not provided.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Some products on sale may not be refundable (this will be noted prior to purchase).
4. Exchanges & International Orders
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please request a return for your original order and place a new order for the desired item.
International Orders: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
5. Refund Processing
All return refunds are processed within approximately 7–10 business days upon arrival at our distribution center. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
*Please note that partial order cancellations are not available.
