Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil、Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil、Tocopheryl Acetate、Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil、Mentholum、Rosa Rugosa Flower Oil、Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil、Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil、Ethylhexyl Palmitate、Canola Oil、Cetyl Dimethicone、Vanillyl Butyl Ether、Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Oil、Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil、Borneol、Citrus Junos Fruit Oil、Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil、Juniperus Communis Fruit Oil、Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil

Place an appropriate amount of the essential oil in your palms and apply it evenly to the desired area of the body, gently rubbing until the oil is fully absorbed.

Then, cover the area with plastic wrap, and if possible, place a thick blanket over it to increase body warmth.

After 30–60 minutes, remove the plastic wrap. It is recommended to use 1–2 times daily, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening for best results.
