A Note Before You Begin: For a smoother glide and consistent contact, use the device with a compatible conductive gel, such as our Gold Gel. Sensitivity varies from person to person, and gel may make the current feel stronger. Always start at the lowest intensity and increase gradually only if comfortable. Stop immediately if you experience pain, stinging, or excessive heat—never push through discomfort.

Dry skin can resist electrical current, while uneven contact can interrupt the connection between the device and your skin. A compatible conductive gel creates a moist, even layer that helps reduce contact resistance and maintain closer contact with the electrodes. This supports more consistent delivery of microcurrent and RF energy as you move the device, while reducing friction for a smoother glide.

Experience with Gold Gel
- MC & LITE: The current was noticeable even at lower settings and became stronger as the intensity increased. My upper arms felt more sensitive, and jumping straight to a high setting felt overwhelming.
- WARM: There was little sensation at the lowest setting, gentle warmth at medium settings, and occasional light tingling at higher settings.
- DUO: Lower settings felt gentle. Higher settings brought more warmth and a stronger current sensation, with occasional intense pulses.
- Overall: Gold Gel made the current much more noticeable. I preferred using it with gel while keeping the intensity at a comfortable level.
Experience Without Gel
- MC & LITE: I felt little or nothing at lower settings. Warmth and current became more noticeable at medium to higher settings. Higher intensity, added pressure, or lingering in one spot sometimes caused stinging.
- WARM: The sensation was subtle overall, with warmth and vibration mainly noticeable at higher settings.
- DUO: The sensation became clearer at medium to higher settings. On my upper arms, prolonged use at a high setting caused mild stinging.
- Overall: Without gel, I mainly noticed the sensation at medium to higher settings, and it varied by body area.
Overall Experience After 4–5 Uses
- How it felt: With Gold Gel, the current felt noticeable. After use, my shoulders and neck felt more relaxed and less tense, and my skin seemed to feel firmer straight away.
- Ease of use: My back was difficult to reach on my own, and holding the device up for longer sessions tired my arm.
- Overall: I appreciated the relaxed feeling afterward, but reaching certain areas made a full session less convenient. I would prefer having someone help with hard-to-reach areas.
Experience from Someone Sensitive to Electrical Stimulation
- MC & LITE/FLUX: The tingling and vibration were noticeable. Adding gel made the current feel much stronger, with some mild stinging.
- WARM: The warmth felt gentle and soothing. This was the most comfortable mode for me.
- DUO: The combination of warmth and current felt too intense for my comfort.
- Overall: I preferred WARM mode. I was more sensitive to the current in the other modes, particularly when using gel.

A: Do not use the device during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Its safety has not been established for these stages.
Q: Does a stronger sensation in MC mode mean better results?
A: No. A stronger sensation does not necessarily mean better results. Start at the lowest intensity and increase gradually only if comfortable. The device should never feel painful.
Q: Is redness after use normal? How long should it last?
A: Mild, temporary redness may occur and usually fades within a few minutes to an hour. Stop using the device if redness persists or is accompanied by pain, swelling, or irritation. Seek medical advice if symptoms continue.
Q: Is it normal to feel warmth or a mild tingling sensation?
A: Gentle warmth or mild tingling may occur, depending on the mode. The sensation should remain comfortable. Stop immediately if you experience pain, burning, persistent redness or swelling, blisters, dizziness, or heart palpitations, and seek medical advice.
Q: Why doesn’t WARM mode feel very warm?
A: Warmth can feel different depending on your skin, the room temperature, and contact between the device and your skin. Stronger heat does not mean better results.
Apply an even layer of compatible conductive gel and glide the device slowly and continuously as directed. Reapply gel if it begins to dry. Keep the head moving rather than holding it in one spot, and do not preheat your skin to intensify the sensation.
Q: Why isn’t my device charging?
A: Use a USB power adapter that meets the device’s specified 5V input requirements. Check that the cable is securely connected and that the charging port is clean and dry. Try another compatible cable or adapter. If the device still won’t charge, contact customer support.
Q: I’ve used the device for seven days. Why doesn’t my stomach look smaller?
A: This device is designed for cosmetic body care and massage, not weight loss. A smaller waist or reduced body fat should not be expected after seven days—or guaranteed with continued use. Changes in skin appearance vary from person to person. Follow the recommended routine rather than increasing the intensity or session length.
Q: Why does the intensity sometimes feel stronger or weaker?
A: The sensation can vary with skin contact and how much conductive gel is on the area. Keep an even layer of gel on your skin and reapply when it starts to dry. Lower the intensity if needed. If the output feels erratic despite consistent contact and sufficient gel, stop using the device and contact customer support.
Q: What if the current feels too strong?
A: Start at the lowest setting with sufficient compatible conductive gel. You do not need to build up a tolerance or push through discomfort. If the lowest setting still feels too strong, stop using that mode and contact customer support.
Q: Why do I feel a sharp or stinging sensation?
A: Stinging may be caused by irritation, small cuts, insufficient gel, or uneven contact. Stop using the device and gently wash off the gel. Check your skin and do not use the device over broken or irritated areas. Do not continue through pain. If discomfort persists, seek medical advice.
